Kate & Gerry, I have prayed for you & your family since first hearing about Maddie's disapperance.  I have 4 daughters of my own and that has always been my worst fear-I keep asking God to let us find her-HE knows where she is. In July 2011 I was passing through the airport in Holland where I noticed your book (I hope this gives you some comfort in that our airports are helping search for your beautiful daughter Madeleine). I did buy the book and read this from cover to cover. I am sure that Madeleine will still remember some of those good times that you all shared as a family (These memories brought happiness and laughter as well as a feeling of loss). I felt that I just had to let you know that I support you along with all those other lovely people out their in the world. I am not a religious person sorry to say but on one of our excursions during our vacation I stopped at a lovely little church in a rural location and thought of Madeleine and of your words in the book when you ask everyone to pray for the safe return of Madeleine and so that I just had to do.

I hope 2012 will be a good year for you and your family and I do pray that this will be the year that your family is reunited with your precious daughter Madeleine.

I do travel the world regularly and promise that I will keep looking out for Madeleine.
