just a quick note to say that our thoughts and prayers are with the family and the present situation of being suspects is absolutely ridiculous.anybody with children of there own can see the love they have for there children.to think they would harm Madeleine any way shape or form is crazy,our will always be looking for maddie until she is found safe and well please god. |

I can not stress strongly enough that anyone who knows Gerry and Kate knows, unequivocally, that neither of them could possibly have had anything to do with Madeleine's disappearance. Even the slightest suggestion is truly preposterous.

You had nothing to do with the disappearance of your beautiful daughter Maddie and the Portuguese are WRONG to acuse you and have you as suspects, they should be concentrating on finding Maddie, not fitting up the parents because they dont have a clue what they are doing. I wanted to let you know that I believe you are both innocent and I am shocked at the Portugal police claims they should be focusing on finding little Maddie and not on blaming innocent people. There will be light and the end of the tunnel and please find comfort from each other and everyone who believes in you both. Outrageous. Kate and Gerry are being slated by the Portuguese press. If their own Police force had done their work properly the would not be in this situation. I am so sorry for your plight I have watched the usual media circus and the same stupid questions they ask,but as usual the press are a double edged sword.I feel for you,it is everyone's worst nightmare to lose a child in any circumstances but this must be a nightmare for you.I lived in Portugal for 5 years and enjoyed every minute but I learned that the Portuguese hate to lose face with a passion.So don't underestimate that and I am sure you have a good Solicitor but is he British,does he speak Portuguese and does he have a good knowledge of Portuguese Law and does he have first hand knowledge of the Portuguese people.He needs to have worked with them in business as well as dealing with them in Law.The Portuguese can be tricky, devious and unreliable,and if their status is questioned publicly they will be ruthless.Status, Ego and Male chouvenism rules their culture.Beware of being at their mercy, and if you can I would sugest that now you are at home try to fight your campaign from here.Failing that take a good English solicitor with you as well as your Portuguese.I am not surprised at the turn of events of the past few days the Portuguese wanted you out of Portugal weeks ago, you and your case have become an embarrassment to them.They are losing face internationally and are now on the attack.The way the situation was handled in the very begining was typical and I still pray your little girl will be well in spite of the bungling.I hope it is of some comfort to know that there are some of us out there that understand to some extent although we can only guess at you anguish.My very best thoughts are with you and your family,stay strong and there are a lot of people praying for you I'm sure. |

I am in tears looking at the pictures of beautiful little Madeleine. She reminds me so much of my own little granddaughter.
I cannot begin to imagine the horror that the McCann family have had to endure.
My thoughts and prayers have been with Madeleine and her family from day one. I sincerely wish this nightmare would end and they could all be back together - a lovely little family - as they should be.
