The events of the last few days have made me feel more sympathy than ever for Gerry and Kate. I just don't think any of the possible scenarios are feasible, even if anyone could believe they could harm maddeline. I hope she will be found soon so that, one way or the other, they will have her back or have closure. It must be driving them mad not to know what has happened to her. |

I believe the McCanns are innocent and find it very annoying that some people have already decided otherwise. It is hard to believe how cruel & insensitive people can be... they have they lost their daughter and just because the Portuguese police cannot solve the crime they turn on the parents....an unbelievable nightmare for Kate & Gerry...People need to understand how the justice system does not work in some countries...I just hope they can get through this all... |

Don't lose heart, Kate and Gerry. This 'trial by media' is appalling. I continue to be impressed by your stoicism and courage. I'm so sorry for all you have had and are having to endure. I attribute the nasty comments to people who find it more comforting to think you might be involved because in some ways that answer would enable them to sleep more soundly.
