i hpe maddie does come back . and who ever took i hope that they feel bad . she sounds lie a sweet little girl . and she might miss her family and her famiy miss maddie . her broter ad sister must go on about her a lot and play with her toys to remember maddie by . i hope she comes back soon because her mm and dad and the rest of the family are really upset that she is gone and they keep crying and praying for her to come back home . |

Dear Gerry and Kate,
My heart goes out to you today. Your strength in each other is wonderful to see and your faith I know a mainstay. My daughter is now in her 30's but I was once, a long time ago, walking in Oxford St Christmas shopping. We were in Selfridges and my sister stopped at the perfume counter on the way out to look at something.I stopped too and we were only a few seconds but in that time my daughter had walked on out of the door.When I realised that I couldn't see her my heart fell into my stomach, my world stood still and as I ran out of the door the hundreds of people outside obscured her from view...My sister ran one way and I ran the other...We found her sauntering along as happy as Larry oblivious to the fright she had given us..She was 5 yrs old which is why Maddie's dissapearance was always so vibrant to me as it immediately brought back memories of that frightful day...
Keep your faith..God is looking after her wherever she is. Love B |

i don't know where to begin there is so much much i would like to say but just can't put it into words if that makes sense, i don't know how the family are coping so well it just shows the love they have is so strong, the work they are doing is amazing, that lovely wee girl must be out there somewhere

After watching the documentary on Tv I was very upset for the McCanns, I think the press should leave them along and only print positive things to try and help get this little girl back. My thoughts are with you Kate and Gerry and of course the twins. I hope your daughter will be returned to you very very soon. As for the doubters and the nasty people that send the McCanns such horrible messages lets hope nothing happens to their family like this, they are not worth giving any thoughts to. Keep your chins up!!!! |

Today is my sons 8th Birthday and my heart goes out to Kate and Gerry being this day 1 year that their precious daughter was taken away from them, we light an extra candle on my sons birthday cake today for Madeleine and pray for her to come safely home and for justice to be served. |
