Dear Gerry and Kate. Stay strong, we believe in you. We DON'T believe in the Portuguese police nor their ludicrous actions. The way they have handled the investigation is outrageous! Dear McCann Family, Oh how I feel for you. I really wish someone would take the Portuguese Police to court for you, for to put this on top of your already crippling burden is just shameful and abhorrent. Our thoughts are with the McCann family at this dreadful time. We have a four year old daughter who looks remarkably like Madeleine and we are regularly approached in the streets by well meaning members of the public who look into our daughters eyes and ask her name. It shows many people are looking for Madeleine and she is very much in peoples thoughts. We too, left our daughter in a hotel room alone to sleep on holiday and think..there but for the grace of God go I...here's praying that one morning soon we wake up to the news that Madeleine has been found alive and well. |

I sent a post to this web a few days ago. It was not offensive merely my opinion. It was not published. I can only assume that each and everyone of you feels that it is quite ok to leave tiny children alone in a strange country (it's not ok in one's own country either). How naive. What about free speech. The McCanns have not come out and said that they bitterly regret their actions instead they have tried to justify it. I do not believe for a moment that any child agency would have told them that they had done nothing wrong. This beautiful little girl deserves better. I suppose this won't be posted either. But you should have the morals to at least read it. Why can't people say how they feel. I know that I am not the only one. I will continue to pray for Maddie and I pray that when she is found her parents will never ever do anything so stupid and selfish again. |
