Kate and Gerry, Every day, but most especially on Thursdays I think of your beautiful Madeline and how hard it must be to be apart. My litte girl turns four next week and I know how precious she is to me so I cannot imagine how you face each day. I think a lot of peoples lives changed on May 3rd 2007 when we heard the terrible news about your darling Maddie. I have twins aswell and know how hard it must be for you to somehow find the strength to carry on with some normality for the sake of Sean and Amelie. I take my hat off to the both of you for what you are going through. Don't listen to what you hear or read in the tabloids it's all rubbish. I truly believe deep down that little Maddy is still alive and just waiting to be found. Be strong together and you'll get through this difficult time and soon have Maddy back home where she should be.

I cannot imagine how you and your family are suffering, this is a message of support at a time when I feel that the abduction of your precious daughter is fast becoming a sales tool for the tabloid press. I cannot believe that we allow journalists to print stories that are based on supposition, speculation and rumour, also fast losing sight that the most important person in all of this is Madeleine.
I know of no-one amongst my friends or family who have ever believed you to be guilty of playing any part in this tragic event.
I am sure that any decent person knows that you are two ordinary parents who have suffered an extraordinary loss and coping in the best way they can.

I really hope you find Maddy soon, alive and well. I believe she is alive and i know you do too. All my love is with you two and her. You have just got to keep campaigning and she will turn up. The newspapers are being horrible to you by saying you killed her. Thats rubbish! They just want people to buy their papers.

Every day i await the news to see if little maddie has been found. I am disgusted at the way you were treated by the police in Portugal. I will never go there again.
