Lisa From inverness | Signed On: Mon 28 Apr 2008 17:19:40 CDT I cannot begin to imagine your pain. The 3rd of may 2007 I remember the date so clearly while we celebrated with a glass off wine and food the children ran round carefree and innocent(our sons birthday)We turned on the news later and brought down to earth with a bang. Every parents worst nightmare unfolding before our eyes a reminder of this crazy world we live in, a reminder that none of our children are safe, a reminder that this can happen to anyone. This year he is 9,and while his birthday must continue as normal we will be willing maddies safe return. xx |

Brian Carlton From Essex | Signed On: Mon 28 Apr 2008 16:02:34 CDT With 3rd May and 12th May nearly upon us you must be feeling pretty down. Like many, many people I just wish I could do something to help but there is little of practical value that I can do. The only thing left for me is to pray. I have been praying for Madeleine every day since she was abducted and I will continue to do so until she is found. Anniversaries are always very difficult but please remember that if your child is still alive, and I feel that she is, every day that passes is a day closer to her coming home. There are an awful lot of us who care deeply about Madeleine and you and we pray constantly for all three of you. When things look blackest remember that you are not alone. I know its easy for me to say, but try to keep strong. When your daughter does come home she will need all your love and strength and the twins need it now. I hope and pray that I will not need for me to write many more of these messages of support. Lots and lots of love |

Iain Gordon From London | Signed On: Thu 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 CST Hi I have always believed that Madeleine would be found I wrote a song on her fourth birthday in the hope this could be used to trace her but although I have sent e mails and snail mail to the McCann s when in Portugal I don't know if it has been received or noticed..not surprising with the number of people offering assistance. Her is some of it.. called 4 Madeleine (First verse)Madeleine she's only 4 = She could be the girl next door Madeleine you might adore but she needs her parents more Now's the time to let go = Now's the time to let het grow Just look ineo her eyes = See a girl full of surprise Chorus Madeleine we love you so Madeleine we want you home Won't someone pick up the phone and call... (it's the only thing to do) Therefore, I am hoping to keep her in the spot light and even prompt the kidnappers to have remorse and release her! Thank you for your attention. Yours sincerely, Iain Gordon |
